You must be authorized by your dealership to create an account, provide accurate information, and maintain credential security.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We claim no ownership rights over your dealership data.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
